Highly disorganized, particularly in food service. One manager to manage multiple outlets. You're also essentially the manager because the real ones hate dealing with guests. Little concern for workload or schedule overload. Company has some things in place that are great for employees (like benefits) but I've also seen them be quite heartless, even to long-term employees.

Over work employees be ready! They’ll put you everywhere. It’s exhausting mentally and physically. Management does not help much when it comes solving conflicts.
