- Great location -Opportunity to plan events for both Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa Del Mar -Both have outdoor and indoor event space -Great health benefits -Not a union hotel -There is parking for employees

-High turnover rate amongst employees -The employee cafeteria needs improvement in its offerings
