It's all just so wonderful. Leadership, especially that from Europe is just so great. They like to change their goals every other day and I think that's great for the employee.

No one seems to know what they are doing. Seems they only promote incompetence. Company doesn’t like to promote women. Implementation of new ideas and programs are messy and unorganized. Morale is awful
