Pros

Sibelco is a multinational company with a great culture that rewards performance and encourages the sharing of ideas. Clear company vision and a leadership that leads by example make a good working environment. Communication has definitely improved of late.

Cons

Technology is a real problem with Sibelco falling behind. IT seems to be in a real mess and it is impacting the rest of the business.

The location of the site is a bit far from the city center.
