Pros

Cohesive, caring culture balanced with a high performance team. I like coming to work.

Cons

The company is mid transformation, so there's regular operating and process changes to adapt to. However, to resource these changes I've noticed many colleagues have been promoted or have been given the opportunity to participate in interesting activities or projects to develop their capability.
