In our startup-like environment, every team member has a significant impact on our success. We value our "recharge days" (Sidecar Health's personal holidays).

Cons

Not really a con but our members drive growth, leading to busier times like Open Enrollment. However, we maintain an excellent work-life balance.

- Mission driven company working to change the healthcare system! Everyone you work with is motivated by the same mission - Extremely supportive and collaborative work environment. Opportunity to make an impact quickly. - The team is not only very intelligent, but warm and welcoming. Everyone genuinely cares about getting to know each other personally. You get to work with really wonderful people!
