It’s true that the nature of a growing startup means you are often faced with shifting roles and quick decision-making, so comfort navigating ambiguity is critical for our team. Over the last year we prioritized stronger communication and better clarity at all levels of the business through changes to our weekly All Hands, improvements to our processes and internal comms approach, and through our revamped performance program (which is live now).
