Management in the billing department is horrible. The training is extremely inefficient and the billing manager was a micro manager. The manager displays favoritism to certain employees and reporting the issues to HR doesnt do any good. I was constantly harassed and felt like I was a toddler in a day care facility. I couldn't go to the bathroom without being timed. I don't know about any of the other departments but the billing department has a high turnover employee rate due solely to management.

The department managers are where the problems are and the one in charge over the West Region is the main problem. This person also has two faces, This person is a "do what I say, not what I do" type person. I always thought that good leaders should lead by example, but no the case here.
