      Encouraging and knowledgeable employees that really help each other. Everyone is fully dedicated to the success of the customers. The management staff is very supportive and reliable and has great communication with everyone.

      Pros

      SierTeK local and corporate management have displayed tremendous professionalism during the transition of our contract in Albuquerque, NM. They diligently interviewed over 100 employees in two days, made employment offers two days later and had us all in-processed at the start of the contract.

      I have not had any negative experience with SierTeK.

      There is nothing positive about this company

      Cons

      Raul Sierra and his staff don't care about their employees. They underpay you and let you know that you are replaceable. Until the Department of Labor stepped in and rolled in the employee's favor did they make a change. Over half of their employees quit and found other jobs. They are shady and underhanded. Do not work for this company!
