      - Friendly, competent, and supportive managers - No workplace drama - Fairly easy to request days off - Fun workplace environment

      Cons

      - Inconsistent training - Negligible employee discount - Pressure to sell the store credit card (no requirement or quota, however) - Scheduling issues/cheats (e.g. keeping you just below the threshold of qualifying for lunch breaks)

      The store is always changing (inventory, layout and how things are done). It can be confusing at times.

      Toxic, Lack of Management, No Automation, Poor Work Environment, No advancement. The Worst employer in Wyoming. Good people do not even apply at Sierra because their reputation is so tarnished in Cheyenne. You are a number at the Warehouse in Cheyenne. No training at all. You are told to report for work and you work 50 hours per week. No exceptions. They find any reason to fire excellent employees. HR has zero knowledge of what happens on the production floor. Most new hires last less than 30 days. Extremely high turnover due to the Toxic environment.
