Wonderful engineers who are passionate about their work, 401k matching is way above average

Cons

See all the previous 1-2 star reviews, I agree with all of them. These recent 5 star reviews are extremely suspect to me. It reeks of marketing language, not the type engineers would use. These are not “growing pains” by any stretch of the imagination.

Dream chaser project is very interesting.

Cons

The company has historically underpaid employees. Recently they changed the job posting pay ranges to better align with the market but didn't adjust current employees. When employees complained, they changed the pay ranges on the postings back down to lower levels.

Bleeding Good Engineers for Over a Year

Pros

I had wonderful coworkers the entire time I was employed there. Talented, passionate, kind.

Cons

Terrible leadership led to many of the engineers leaving for jobs at Blue and Lockheed. When lay offs occurred, they were never done with insight from management, and often crucial members of the team were let go, further exasperating schedule problems. I've never witnessed such incredible brain drain before in my career.
