      Exciting projects dampened by shifting morale

      -Very exciting projects that you will learn a lot from -Good healthcare -401k match is amazing

      Cons

      -Salaries are lower relative to others in the industry and 401k match doesn't make up the difference -Unrealistic schedules -People joke about leaving a lot because of the above -Upper management seems intent on building burnout culture

      Trying to be SpaceX

      Pros

      -Best people to work with -One of the coolest projects in the industry

      Cons

      -Lower pay if you’ve been there more than 3 years -Middle management lets you know your replaceable -Unrealistic schedule -Good luck advancing in certain departments, if you aren’t in the good old boys club The company just Invoked a mandatory 15 hour a week OT requirement across the board. This is greatly disappointing since I know many employees took the job thanks to the 9/80 work life schedule. I feel incredibly bad for the younger generation of engineers, who will now be forced to burn out, on an otherwise great project.
