      Pros

      Interesting vehicle and project to work on. Great 401K benefits.

      Cons

      You can be at the company for 4 years and be called replaceable by your manager. New hires at your same position are given 10%+ greater salary. The previous 9/80 schedule which was preached as a benefit and evidence of the company's work-life balance was revoked (on an off Friday) without warning, along with a MANDATORY 15 HOUR/WEEK OVERTIME REQUIREMENT. New management has destroyed the family and flexible culture.

      Unrealistic Schedule is King

      -Dream Chaser is truly one of a kind and very cool to be a part of -People are kind and willing to help -Very smart group of people to work with

      Cons

      -Leadership has made unrealistic promises to the customer that the company was never going to be able to make good on and are holding their employees accountable for it On the afternoon of Jan 7th 2022, an Off Friday for many employees, managment sent an email stating that starting the following Monday, Jan 11, Sierra Space would no longer recognize Off Fridays and that all employees must work an additional 15 hours of MANDATORY OVERTIME PER WEEK until further notice.
