Pros

-Talented teams and veteran leadership -Customer empathy -Friendly coworkers who truly care about each other's well-being -Exciting product that is changing what's possible for data-driven companies -Lots of opportunity both company and individual growth -Small team environment (for now)— we're hiring! -Plenty of opportunity to make significant impact on company trajectory -Collaborative environment with opportunity to work across multiple teams -Beautiful office in downtown San Francisco -Traditional startup perks like meal plans, stocked kitchen, 401(k), full health insurance (+dental and vision), pre-tax commuter benefits, flexible work hours, etc. -Just about every mechanism for brewing coffee imaginable

Cons

-Traditional startup environment where processes are still being fine-tuned, so expect some speed bumps along the way while teams grow and get figured out. -Growing quickly, so things are always moving around. Be prepared.

That advice section though! Thank you for the careful consideration you put into your advice to us. Feedback like this is a big part of what inspired us to fully define our values and set up the Sigma culture team. We take it all to heart and use this to keep finding new ways to improve. It's awesome to see the words "customer empathy" in this review. That is such a core component of Sigma culture, we're glad you feel the same. It comes down to the way you feel your power to have an impact. Thank you for being down for the ride with us!

We feel that our team's potential is unlimited too! Not just for Sigma, but for you and everyone in it, just like you mentioned. It takes only awesome people to make that possible, so we're with you on that one too- Sigma is a great team of problem-solvers. We take your advice to heart. Willingness to listen should be at the core of every startup culture, in our opinion. You have our word, we will keep on doing that!
