Business Outlook
Pros
Revenue is looking very great. During the year before or two we were growing year over year but not as fast. Especially during the downturn of the market things seemed hard. But this year/last year was great so a lot of excitement. Usually most startups would slow down around this stage but its looking like there's a lot of momentum pushing us forward. Lots of interesting projects to work on.
Cons
Some projects get overhyped and there's sometimes politics you have to navigate but overall everyone is very friendly and tries to push to make the product better.
