      Worst Management. No appreciations. Good things come to those who are talktive or close to senior people not to harding working employees.

      * Pay was very mediocre * Very high churn * Very little transparency from leadership * The product isn't _that_ useful

      Great opportunity for growth and impact

      Pros

      High growth opportunities, assuming you take advantage of them Extremely collaborative environment Engineering-driven priorities, feels like you get a lot of say in the projects you work on Very competitive compensation (even assuming 0 for stock options)

      Cons

      Headcount, too many things to do and not enough engineers to complete it, however WLB is not severely impacted by this Hybrid but requires 4 days/week in office
