No boss breathing over your shoulder

Cons

Hired full time yet you struggle to get atleast 70 hours a paycheck . Need to keep an eye on check otherwise will not pay correctly . Sharing concerns with management wil only get you less hours until they weed you out the company

easy, lots of time to yourself, sometimes flexible scheduling depending on your seniority.

Cons

Management usually could care less about you or how you do, just be there on time and don't cause problems. Management does lie often to keep people on the hook will usually lie about raises, bonuses, promotions, or insurance.

You stayed for over a year, so we must be a pretty good company to work for. We have never given out bonuses, we do not offer insurance and raises are dependent on your job performance. We do care about employees that care about doing their job correctly. We offer numerous courses, that improve your knowledge of the job. We also have numerous ways to advance to a higher rate of pay. However these advancement depends on your willingness to improve your skills.
