Pros

Cannot think of anything for this company

Cons

Use their employees like they are pawns Do not care how much work you do it will never be enough The owner will fire you for anything, does not matter how long you have been with the company Their values are a lie Think that they are better then other companies because the owner is LGBQT+, but that is not an excuse for the treatment of employees To afraid to address anything with their employees DO NOT WORK HERE, YOU WILL NEVER MATTER

Pros

You can expect overtime weekly due to severe staffing shortage

Cons

Staffing shortage, horrendous turnover rate, Over working employees, Favoritism, Nepotism, no benefits, too many properties but not enough guards, turnover rate is so high that there are only two people who have been at the location more than a year, no respect for personal non work time, all directors and hr positions filled by family or family friends with no actual knowledge on how to do their job, hr representative yells at employees, time approvals (taking five minutes here or thirty minutes there) when you are inactive more than thirty minutes, payroll rep is in every other aspect of the company just because she is the franchise owners mother, they have people causing toxic work environments, harassment to guards whom they do not like until the guards quit, all write ups with no kind of rewards to employees for working hard. Change your schedule daily with no notice and state that you signed up to work whatever they put you on, no sick pay is ever paid out, no vacation time offered even unpaid, there is no benefit to working for this location besides a paycheck, and they still pay lower than all other signal locations in the state.

Pros

No pros whatsoever - don’t get swindled!

Cons

The incompetence here is astounding! When you have to manage your manager, you know there are problems! Absolutely no support, but plenty of excuses and empty promises. There is no opt-out option for working during lunch break. This is a company which instills resentment before you’re even scheduled to work. They didn’t pay me for over a month, and then used the excuse of my state’s labor laws “not aligning with the direction (they) want to head” to somehow justify firing me. What an absolute waste of my time. I’m positive they will be facing some class action lawsuits. With that in mind, maybe you actually do want to spend some time at this company!
