-The company culture is amazing, they truly care about those at Signature -Great work/life balance, the company prioritizes mental/physical health -High care and involvement in the community -Growth opportunities are high; if you put in the work, Signature will invest their time back into you!

-I cannot think of anything negative about Signature Performance.

Just writing something here because I have to

Basically everything. HR is inept at their jobs. Leadership is all about themselves and doesn’t live their core values. They will bring you in with no idea how to onboard or orientate you to the culture… the toxic and cult like culture. The VA call center can dress casual, but no one else can.
