Pros

Work from home, company supplied equipment, schedule request available but may be on a waitlist; Some managers are awesome, some are awful, I was fortunate to have one of the good ones!

Cons

Moving up is much harder than they make it seem at the beginning, seems a little rigged. Must put hours in on scheduled hours, very little flexibility there.

Great Management outside of Call Center Good competitive pay Good Environment Upper management are friendly and caring

Cons

Some call center managers appear to not care about their employees Sick Accrual and Vacation Accrual are low for the Benefits are okay, but not the best
