      Pros

      The first 7 years there were not horrible.

      Cons

      Raises are so minimal. They lie now to new hires & don’t tell you that the first year working you don’t earn commission, and you may not after a year either. Working there for over 10 years, I still made under $18 hourly, even though I excelled at my job duties & I constantly had amazing reviews. My recent store manager belittles you, she comes in high, she is either on the ground crying from a mental breakdown or hovering over everyone. There’s no learning opportunities anymore. I brought my concerns to upper management & nothing was done. Working for a manager who constantly harasses, belittles, then has mental breakdowns and just doesn’t come to work is absolutely mentally stressful on the staff. I’m unsure why no one from HR ever called or came to visit.

      Corporate environment needs improvement

      They give great jewelry discounts.

      Cons

      Vice Presidents are allowed to be abusive to subordinates and HR turns a blind eye. Unethical behaviors to increase revenue.

      Most heartless company to work for.

      Pros

      Worked for this company for over 5 years and was constantly told false promises. Such as, “we are a family here”, “you’ll get properly compensated”. Store Managers work 50+ hours and are paid salary and will never get the appreciation or compensation they deserve. salary typically started at 45k for store managers, with the amount of work that is “required” for the job, already isn’t worth it. They then promise you “monthly bonuses” which you can never attain because they set arbitrary goals for the store, and when you ask for a raise they tell you “if you made more sales and worked harder, you would make more money.”

      Cons

      As a store manager I was told numerous times “It’s easier to replace a store manager than a whole team.” When I put in my notice for end of employment, a few hours later I was told “my resignation would be effective as of today.” This company does not care about their employees, and that was obviously proven on how many employees have been terminated. I just wish I knew my worth sooner and left way before I did.
