Good pay, new boats, laid back work environment once you get over the hair and uniform policy.

I am a recent employee of Signet Maritime Corporation and am very pleased thus far with the company’s direction and strategic goals...which are aimed to rapidly increase our overall growth in the Maritime Industry. Signet has been a great company to work for. They offer above average pay and an excellent benefit package with full insurance and 401k match up to 7%. The owners are involved in the day to day operations providing leadership and direction. The President, who has built this company since 1976 is a true visionary and very passionate about the success of Signet and his employees. Since the recent acquisition of our Offshore Towing Fleet, Signet has almost doubled in size. We are currently growing faster than expected with business development opportunities for clients such as Shell, Chevron, Perenco, Saipem and Technip... just to name a few. I look forward to a long, successful working relationship with Signet, my co-workers, and the crew-members, and would certainly recommend employment with Signet to any experienced Professional/Crew who are interested in the Maritime Industry.
