Pros

Work-life balance, steady business model, good team members, good pay.

Cons

I was discriminated against is slowly being pushed out of the company after being denied a promotion and I confronted them about it. Also no sick-leave.

Pros

If you fight for it, the pay can be decent. The people are nice, depending on which division of the company you are with. Great holiday parties.

Cons

Since they fight for each client they get and usually offer them lowball figures to win the business, they staff can suffer and is usually over worked. There is no overtime pay, but is still expected because the work can be overwhelming since partners over promise
