      Pros

      - Remote work/ not being required to go into the office - Culture used to be great

      Cons

      - Management does not train and does not have time for employees - Below market pay and benefits - 6 year vesting period for 401k - Racism is prevalent - No clear career path or trajectory - Favoritism (promotions based on connections and not work quality) - $1,000 annual bonus - Hiring new employees to bill the contract aimlessly when there is not enough work to go around

      Significane is a great company if you're looking to get your feet wet in the world of government consulting.

      Because it is a contractual situation, employment is contingent on that and can therefore be uncertain.
