      Pros

      great to be your own boss, schedule days and amount of patients to see, wonderful and supportive Personel to work with.

      Cons

      Driving to each home in the city is not easy, traffic, and detours are not taken in to consideration, causing a lot of being late.

      Pros

      Great job, can work as many or few days as I want. Great IT support.

      Cons

      Driving to each encounter is not well adjusted for time allotted to see each patient. Therefore I’m always late. No benefits. Flat fee if you see the pt, if they cancel or you can’t get to see them that day you are only paid for who you see. Low pay for expectations - zillions of questions pts need to answer. Pts are not well prepared by the company in advance. The patients should be advise d to have all medications available to review, any medical records. Typically they don’t have those ready. Calling in advance for the provider is time consuming, which could easily be done by support staff.
