Pros

I've never worked anywhere that I've been so well treated. Management treats you like an adult and with great respect. Management sets goals and then you and your team work to implement those goals. Management takes responsibility for seeing that you have what it takes to achieve your goals. This is an environment where innovation and hard work are appreciated. The Technology Managers understand the development process and knows what can be accomplished within the development sprints.

Cons

This is a fast growing company and priorities do change, however the company understands that they need to grow the technology team to meet the growing demands of the business.

Pros

Since I started with Signify, back when we were Censeo, I have felt like I've found where I belong. Management is fantastic, always accessible and genuinely care about their employees. The work is meaningful, I feel like what I do is important and has a positive impact on people's lives. I talk to dozens of people a day that are helped by the visits we do. We're a growing company so, this is an exciting time to be part of the family. There is a lot of room for growth, personally and professionally. The company really believes in investing in their employees.

Cons

A few growing pains right now while we remodel the offices but, it'll all be worth it in the end!
