I have been a scheduler here at the company for 3 years and I really enjoy the atmosphere, leadership in the department is fantastic. They have great benefits & pay, also there is lots of room for growth.

Cons

Right now there is a lot of construction going on in the building with the company renovations, but there are not any other cons I can think of.

Pros

I've worked for Signify Health for over four years and have seen high growth in that time. The organization is fast-paced but still has a good work-life balance. We leverage a lot of cutting edge technology and strive to have a great engineering culture. We have a heavy focus on "being Agile" and ping pong.

Cons

Sometimes there is some much change that it's challenging to get a project to completion, which is pretty typical for a growing organization.
