The pay is decent. Full benefits, The job itself is easy the people you talk to, not so much.

Cons

Calling members over and over again even if they tell you not to ( company pressure to preform no matter what ) No ability to attempt to fix any issues for the member. No follow up. Being held to company metrics when some are not in your control and are affected by others. Getting yelled at on a daily basis by members who are tired of being called.

CVS bought Signify and now is reducing pay for Provuders! Corporate greed st its finest, yet they micromanage you and call ‘to let you know’ if a patient had a complaint! They demand more work from you, more in-home testing, more drive time yet take away your pay and provide no raises! This company is going downhill. Whereas you can set your own schedule, due to so many pt cancellations, you day is wasted with little revenue.

Before the CVS acquisition, Signify was a good place to work as a software developer.

Cons

Signify lays off at the drop of a hat. I saw numerous talented people who logged off for the day thinking everything was a-ok, only to return the next morning finding they were terminated immediately because the business "decided to go a different direction." This happened to the entire architecture and scrum master teams. I suppose Signify still expects two weeks notice when an employee resigns. Charming. Just my experience, the software architecture is ridiculously overengineered. This leads to things constantly breaking. There are fires happening all over. From my perspective, my team was pretty awesome from about 2020-2022. Slowly, our duties went from development to production support. Personally, prod support is something I am not happy doing and was not in my original job description. So, the job changed over time. I should have seen the writing on the wall and left two years before I did.
