Pros

*I personally have an amazing manager who does not micro-manage. She trusts me to work with my business stakeholders and get my work done. She also provides support if/when I need it. * The people are very nice. I love my peers; they are all incredibly kind, smart, capable people. Being in the technology product management group at Signify is definitely one of the best places to be in the company. * Highly collaborative environment. If you are social and you enjoy impromptu brainstorming this is a great environment *Company is investing in UI/UX. That's great because it means they are prioritizing a good user experience for their technology * Flexible, family-friendly work environment. You can work from home as long as you don't abuse it. * Majority of the staff are local in Dallas HQ. The company does not like to outsource, even if it is cheaper to do so. That's great because it makes going into the office fun. * Fresh fruit and espresso machines. If you're in the Technology organization, we take turns bringing in breakfast on Fridays. There's never a lack of food. * All the technology is Web-based so we can afford to be agnostic with regard to PCs vs MACs. Several team members work on MACs.

Cons

* We're outgrowing our space. We're in the midst of remodeling but space is tight * Every meeting room needs a whiteboard, projector and spare chairs that we can easily drag in for meetings

Thank you for leaving a review. We're glad to hear you are enjoying your experience at Signify Health, and we're proud of the collaborative environment we've cultivated for employees. We appreciate your patience with the building remodel - space will be tight for a while, but our new space will be worth the wait!

Pros

None to note since ‘Signify’ inception

Cons

Lack of leadership at any level, unrealistic expectations, no organization, no policies in writing because “then we might be held accountable”. Poor across the board. Shady behavior. Lack of transparency to employees. Nearly all legacy VA employees laid off, unless offered to move to Dallas. Very “us” versus “them” mentality between the legacy companies. “Re branding” didn’t include changing the company name in many places and continuing operation under censeo. Poor reputation out in the field among insurance companies, providers, and member complaints. I don’t anticipate this company making it far, at least now without multiple lawsuits

We're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. Integrating the companies has resulted in changes, and we understand that can be uncomfortable for some employees. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
