Pros

Signify Health is a combination of Advance Health and CenseoHealth and under new management. As a result, the company is really changing for the better and becoming a leader in getting members engaged in their health care. Very exciting place to work.

Cons

Some growing pains as we change and for those adverse to change or new ways of doing things, can be challenging.

Pros

Culture, fun events (best holiday party ever!), new CEO seems promising

Cons

The department runs off quotas instead of quality. The culture is punitive and allows for our mistakes to be broadcast across various departments, creating major conflict within. The current leadership isn't qualified to be running this department. Conflicts of interest are abound and leadership is in place due to favor over competence. They all talk poorly about each other and the team, and the drama is high. No one is happy, and it shows. Prior to the current leadership structure, we were well trained, spoken to with respect, and had leadership that knew what they were doing. Invest in the good people and they won't leave! Bring back leadership with knowledge to do the job. They band-aid problems instead of bringing in the right people to fix it! Pay is low compared to other companies in this space. In the current state, I would not recommend a colleague in Credentialing to take a role here.
