Pros

The members. Many other previous amazing benefits however those are in the past

Cons

Two companies merged to form Signify, those of us from Advance Health loved the integrity of the company, the scheduling process, low no show rates, half pay for no shows, support from management, communication from leadership and had pride to be working for the best HRA company. However in December we were told that our charting system and scheduling process would change and then radio silence. Part time employees (which means they are not given benefits but many work full time) were not scheduled and it wasn’t until the 2nd week of January that we were told they were reducing our pay, taking away mileage, no longer paying for no shows and couldn’t guarantee any distance restrictions. Again this is after no work for 2 weeks - no pay for 2 weeks. Then, they begin to tell some of the employees that there is no need for them due to the current amount of salaried employees. Then, we are told if we sign a new offer letter we can start work 1/21 however the offer letter didn’t come in time. Now we are looking into February with no pay. Horrendous leadership, non existent communication, they do not value their employees, leadership does not follow through. Many of us support our families with this job and the way this company has treated us is deplorable. I would not trust the ethics of this company and wager that they will not be around long. You cannot step all over your employees and experience long lasting success.

Pros

Good pay, Fun people, Easy work

Cons

The attendance policy is ridiculous. You can only be gone twice every 30 days. After that you get disciplinary action. So if you or your kids get sick, and you dont give 5 days notice, you get an "occurrence". So you better be able to predict when you and your kids will be sick or you get in trouble.
