Pros

Good equipment, tech stacks, access to talented people, G-suite environment,“Flexible” work environment.

Cons

Excessive lay-off. Not a stable job or company to take personal financial risks and play with your compensation. Teams are totally siloed, and you won’t have any career progression opportunity on a bad one. Leaders that don’t lead. Some managers lacks emotional intelligence, in +20yrs at this industry I never worked before with an unpleasant person like that, he constantly backstab employees and team members, interrupts people speak during presentation, uses probation periods and xenophobic attacks as weapon of power and fear during 1-2-1 “non-recorded” meetings, meanwhile try to act like a week and good guy in front of others, this is a severe mental healthcare disorder. Average 60h week shifts, non-paid extra time, due to non-sense knowledge share and micromanaging events.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. How our employees experience our culture is important to us. We want all our employees to feel empowered and supported to accomplish the important work we do together, connecting people with the care they need. Our decision to wind down our Episodes of Care Services (ECS) segment was made in order to focus on our fast-growing and profitable Home and Com munity Services (HCS) business and recent Caravan Health acquisition. We also made this decision after determining that we would be exiting the CMS’ Bundled Payments for Care Improvement-Advanced (BPCI-A) program in light of newly released information from CMS that made the program unsustainable for our clients and for Signify Health. We are working hard to make sure that all employees who are impacted by these changes are supported as they transition to their next opportunity. Please talk to your manager or HRBP--they are here to answer questions and help you as we work through the situation.

Pros

I I did an interview with them and I got an offer , and fusing my work permit process Hr did a lot of mistakes forgetting to provide papers , I tried to help her by informing her what’s required and she got angry As her manager called and made the work done , once I joined first day , I setup my things and on my third day I was in discussions with team about the project architecture , waiting my software installation to be done Then Hr called me to tell me then cancelled my contract with no reason and her manager call me to tell that i called HR multiple time for set up my tax revenue and my work permit and that’s why she fire me

Cons

It’s the worst company I ever thought to work with they are not trusted and there is a point where they can fire you with no reason if you made HR angry for example

Pros

- Strong mission and brilliant workforce - Exciting, ever-changing space (value-based care) - Strong work/life balance

Cons

- More silos that I've seen in past orgs, large Fortune 500 companies have stronger communication across teams - Leadership lacking transparency on critical topics, such as the as poor performance of certain business divisions - Since going public the mission is more focused on revenue and appeasing stakeholders - Witnessed many HIPAA violations, lack of experts on compliance matters - Executive team directly communicating with Clients however not sharing conversations with day-to-day owners of the Client relationship
