- Benefits such as healthcare, dental & PTO

Cons

- Reoccurring system issues ( Literally never stops ) - Managers Micromanage beyond belief - Leads for cold calling are beyond dry, half of the members you call have already been called 10 + times and have already said their not interested - Pay isn't very good unless you're in the top 10-20 schedulers ( Keep in mind there is 100's of schedulers )

Working remote, flexible PTO, Monday-Friday & no weekends.

Cons

Excessive micromanaging, we’re expected to be robots, managers are very rude with bad poor communication skills, the scripts change literally every month, they have a new rule where if the appointments you’ve scheduled reach below a certain percentage of cancellations they will deduct money from your commission. Even if members cancel their appointments or providers never show up. Which happens almost every single day. That’s right the hard work you put in to schedule appointments they will take your money away & blame you for it. You get small “raises”. Meanwhile, the CEO is now a multimillionaire & plenty of us have been here longer than him. The appointments we scheduled made this company where it is today & honestly they haven’t done much to show us their appreciation. They also lowered our commission checks back in 2020. They switched to Cigna healthcare & the copay is absolutely terrible. A lot of providers don’t even accept Cigna.

I can’t really think of any right now. It’s a growing and fast moving company but it’s cool to be a part of
