I fully agree, career development and upward mobility within our Sales organization has historically been a pain point here and one we had in mind when we went to hire our new Sales leadership - so rest assured it now is a top priority for them too. We have put a lot of time into our new GTM structure to try to specifically ensure that there is a path forward for all of our employees, including our strong BDRs, and we hope you will stick with us to show you that growth in 2025!

Great place for data scientists to grow

Pros

Data science and machine learning is the company's core product. If you are interested in that space, this place is an amazing place to learn and grow. High trust environment for people to get their work done. Company in a scaling mode to bridge that chasm between late stage startup and hopefully exit event. Did you hear about the 4 day work week? Yes, many of us work on Fridays to get ahead, but the flexibility is unrivalled.

Cons

Nearly 100% remote culture means you need to work hard to stay abreast of what's going on. There are headwinds in the market. It's unclear if 100% of the marketplace wants GFP. The company is in a challenging situation, but there's a lot of learning as we figure things out.

There's a lot of companies out there with "AI" in the name but I think we sometimes fail to recognize how deep in AI/ML Signifyd actually is and how high stakes our work is. I also love to hear your feedback about the flexibility, which we do believe is a cornerstone of our culture! Thank you for the feedback regarding the market and our product, especially upmarket. As with any new solution, it obviously takes time to determine what the market really wants and the best way to go about meeting customers' needs, but we are expecting 2025 to be a year that brings much more clarity around what to focus on and specifically a better bridge between the business and customers, and our Product teams so they can focus on building features and products that will be relevant to our various types of customers.
