Fast-paced, demanding work environment. Goals and initiatives can change quickly, so employees must be adaptable and open-minded.

The product is amazing and our customers love us! Sales cycles can range between 30 days to 8 months depending on deal size, etc.

Cons

Commission structure does not include accelerators, and very rare to get bonuses.
