Glad to hear you like a lot of things about Signifyd, especially your team and leaders (and of course the 4 day work week)! We will continue to conduct regular market compensation audits to make sure we are paying fairly, and in fact have just recently invested in an additional market compensation data source that will enhance the accuracy and competitiveness of our compensation packages. But I acknowledge we are in a very competitive market and space, and I hope we are able to improve your perception as you grow with us!

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We appreciate the constructive feedback around mobility and direction. We do have relatively low turnover compared to other companies at our stage, but we hear you. It's always tough to have people leave, no matter what their position.
