Wow, thank you for the totally honest and generous review. I completely agree, and am pleased to say that our entire leadership team is aligned on wanting to maintain our culture in the face of our growth. This is not your typical corporate environment and we never want it to be. We are working to continuously augment the training and resources available to managers, with a specific focus on new managers. We will be launching a robust training program for New Managers this year (as well as one for aspiring managers) so keep your eyes peeled - we hope you will feel the effects of it!

-It is a small company, sometimes you really need to do work outside your job description. -Could be overwhelming because it's a very specific industry

Pros

I have been in the business for only 1 month... However, the pros are abundantly clear! The best reasons to work at Signifyd are, the company is inclusive, very friendly, incredibly supportive, and there is a shared common goal to scale the company! They are also brilliant at providing the flexibility that is needed to balance life and work! Not to mention the incredible swag and top of the range tech. I think it is also important to note that HR are incredibly active/engaged and always check in to see if there is any additional support they can give. To put this into context... it took me a year and a half at my old company to try and champion mental health initiatives within the business. Two weeks at Signifyd I am signed up to complete a mental health first aid course! A testament again to the incredible culture here at Signifyd!

Cons

Absolutely no cons so far. It's incredibly fast paced as you would expect at a scale up. So of course it is easy to go off in 100 different directions all at once, but that's not always a bad problem to have! It's just about prioritisation and making sure there is always an open communication channel if things get a bit much!
