The best company I've worked for.

Pros

Pre lockdown - Free lunch everyday, free snacks and drinks. Lovely office in Belfast. Competitive salary. Bi Annual bonus. Lovely talented bunch of people. Management who genuinely consider and respect their staff.

Cons

The only con is having to sync with the San Jose teams but to be honest they tend to bend over backwards to schedule meetings super early in their day to accommodate Belfast so it's a very small con. Plus it is lovely to get face team with the US teams as they are such great, enthusiastic people.
