Naturally, it is hard to compete with some of the larger companies around us when it comes to pure cash compensation, but we hope that we make up for it with things like growth opportunity, impact, work-life balance, flexibility, other perks, and of course, the upside potential of being a fast-growing startup!

Pros

- Great exec team - Do great work and you will be recognized - Transparent and fair compensation and performance review cycles - Leader in the fraud market - I'm very optimistic about our company future especially as covid as pushed many retailers to go online and increase online shopping habits - Ideas are welcome and encouraged - Crossfunctional collaboration is amazing, the people are great - Data driven - Killer engineering team

Cons

At this size, there are some growing pains as we are a fast moving company. However, employees are experienced in the start-up world or are experienced in their careers and confidently navigate through challenges and work & communicate together really well. I'm looking forward to this company growing larger and expand its global presence. - I wished there was 401K match and more employer support to help employees save or meet their financial/ retirement goals.

Pros

Very good salary and benefits. Healthy company culture full of knowledgable, warm people from top to bottom. Company takes excellent care of their staff, and is flexible around work/life balance.

Cons

Very fast growing company, which comes with hurdles. Teams are in various locations, which limits face-to-face interaction with certain co-workers and departments
