Pros

Signifyd's culture is one of the best that I've ever been a part of. They equip their employees with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. Leadership is very transparent and trustworthy. The company is innovating rapidly and constantly evolving their product, so you have to keep pace and have a strong appetite to learn.

Cons

None really. Being in satellite office it is sometimes difficult to connect with other employees at HQ.

I Couldn't Be Happier at Signifyd!!

Pros

Not everyone can say they love where they work (or even like where they work) but I can say with absolute certainty that I do! From day one, Signifyd and its employees have gone above and beyond anything I have expected from a company. Everyone is very welcoming, encouraging and friendly. The leadership team is supportive, approachable and goes out of their way to make you feel valued. The vibe has never been anything short of positive & fun and the work continues to be challenging and rewarding. I wake up everyday feeling lucky to be a part of this amazing team!

Cons

No matching 401K at the moment, but other than that - nothing!

Pros

1) Employees are valued. 2) Employees are trusted - no micro managing. 3) Great perks - free lunches etc 4) Great office environment , everybody gets along! 5) Flexible working environment including working from home. 6) Great tech and 'swag'! 7) Very good benefit package

Cons

Only con is no paid time off for illness. This is rare for Belfast, a lot of competitors e.g. LBG, PWC will offer up to 6 months full pay
