- Incredibly friendly, interesting coworkers - Tons of growth opportunities - Trusted to tackle big challenges - Super interesting work, every day is different - Good flexibility and trust to work in a way that suits your life - Massive market opportunity for the company and a very bright future ahead - Down-to-earth leadership team (and company in general) - Super smart, approachable, passionate CEO

Cons

We work hard. There is constant urgency around staying ahead in a very hot and competitive space. Teams tend to run lean. But that means you get to do things that you might have had to wait years to do at a larger company, which is not really a "con" in my book.
