I'm new to Signifyd. And I was compelled to write a review as my experience was mind blowing. The hiring process was beyond what I had expected. Their due diligence, process and sense of urgency was refreshing and on point. This is what an ideal process should be. Seamless. I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting an excellent, talented and well versed group of people. My experience was positive overall. This is what makes Signifyd stand out: Transparency Diverse Work-life-Balance Great people Positive Attitude And a huge shout out to the HR team!

Cons

I have had positive experience, so no cons! What adds value to you might be different for someone else but overall I think Signifyd is on the right path to creating a great and safe environment to nurture good talents.

- Company Culture - Perks & Benefits (Discretionary Time-off, Catered lunch, Snacks & drinks, health benefits paid for) - Office location in San Jose right off the 101 - Growth of company - People are humble and easy to work with - Work environment is open and collaborative - Series C round of funding recently

Cons

- Typical start up that doesn't have all processes laid out, but that can be seen as a challenge instead of frustrating depending on who you're talking to.

Its been awesome so far working with a wonderful team solving a real problem in e-commerce industry. Team is small, very talented, collaborative and we have an unique open culture. We're trusted to do the right thing, mistakes are expected, being yourself is important and encouraged, humility is key value and expected. Leadership team is inspiring, approachable and humble. Amazing work life balance which is hard to expect from any growing start up.People are honest and direct, and "company politics" is discouraged by a robust culture that strives to keep things positive. Company really cares about employees.
