Pros

-incredibly smart, kind, thoughtful people which leads to a great culture -product brings a lot of value to customers -transparent communication that is seen throughout the company -really great work life balance with flexibility and the 4 day work week

Cons

-nothing unusual, some growing pains in processes as we continue to adapt to the four day work week

Pros

The people were some of the best I have ever worked with. The company culture and values always put their employees first to provide a very well balanced work life experience.

Cons

Not much to say here except for quotas for sales were a bit high.

Ample opportunities for advancement and lateral moves to new experiences. Incredibly bright people at all levels and on all teams. I say it's like being on a college campus -- you can find an expert on almost any subject who is willing to take the time to share what they know. A culture in which everyone works to help each other succeed and celebrates those successes together. Fully transparent senior leadership team that regularly shares news and developments whether good or challenging. Great benefits, including 401k match, equity, unlimited DTO and a 4-day workweek. Support for training and education.

Cons

Signifyd is ambitious, fast-paced and growing rapidly. It can feel overwhelming at times. The key is to take charge of your own workload and schedule – and to ask for help when you need it. You'll get it.
