Same team same dream attitude from the top down. Company promotes and lives by our company values. Great teammates, interesting work.

Cons

Remote nature means fewer chances to get together in person with teammates.

We are holding the annual R&D summit in March, which we hope will provide a great opportunity for you to get to enjoy your teammates in person, but we also are continuing to encourage teams and departments to gather in person when possible to help build relationships. Nothing beats the power of in-person connection and collaboration!

I have had the pleasure of working at Signifyd for the past four years. As the company has grown a lot in that time, the company, culture and colleagues have remained incredible. Which is a very hard thing to do as you scale! Sr. Leadership is very approachable and accessible The benefits are great We have multiple ERG groups that support various employee groups and the company encourages folks to create new ones Great colleagues Good growth opportunities Great recognition for great work Feedback is encouraged and heard

None that I can think of.

Pros

May work independently, trust from top down, the people, flexible Fridays, long tenures for sales professionals at a younger company.

Cons

Don't have much opportunity to work your network as you are provided a Target Acct List that is not geography based (also not ideal when making travel plans). There are only a few employees in my market. New pressure from top down causing what feels like a rushed sales cycle in some cases.
