Nothing positive to say about Silvaco apart they are very cheap

Cons

- Bait and switch, no vision, no technologist, poor quality of the products, execution is terrible. Apart from the TCAD division, the rest of the company doesn't have any technologies worth something,

The employees are great. I met some brilliant and wonderful people. Great and affordable benefits for a company this size.

Cons

Low salaries. Too much plate piling and impulsivity seems to have created chaos.

Company has been around since 1984

Cons

Horrible C-Suite. Screaming and abusive. Bad values. Management only cares only money. No regard for employee wellbeing or safety. Pay is at the bottom of the industry. Positive reviews on this site appear fake.
