Pros

People: good professionals and personalities

Cons

It does not clear what management is going to do. Management with old owner was unusual but there were clear requirements and clear targets. Now the company is ship without compass and sails. Only stimulus to work is a discipline, which can't bring a good result.

Pros

- Very Smart people, no politics, global team environment - Company is doubling in size, adding new products and customers. Exciting time at the company - Startup intensity with the stability of a 30+ year company - Great career growth potential for those that want to want take the initiative and help define the new Silvaco - Family style, with daily snacks, weekly Friday breakfast, Occasional Friday Beer and wine tastings, monthly employee events - Free use of well equipped gym area. - Free healthcare for regular employees.

Cons

- Redefining to a new company, still burdened with some of the older systems and habits - Transitioning from Founder mode to business growth, causes some frustration. - needs to develop more clear advancement paths for the employees
