Poor company to work for

Business Outlook

Pros

none, nothing nice to say

Cons

Long work hours, no recognition, unfair treatment, lack of guidance, allows management and associate relationships (they turn a blind eye) and offers favoritism to these managers. Believes lies without investigation. Poor company to put your time and effort into. The main support center is no help, owners don't care about their people only about profits.

a mess disguised as a "fun place to work"

Pros

decent money at times, busy weekend rushes

Cons

managers are openly sleeping with various employees and giving them free reign of the place (i.e. they basically don't have to do their jobs and are protected, some of these employees are tipped out and basically get paid to sit around all day), extreme amounts of favoritism, many members of the kitchen are super rude and unprofessional but nothing is ever done, nobody is ever criticized or reprimanded except for servers and hosts (kitchen, bar, bussers could get away with murder), management pretends to care about servers concerns but outright scoff in our faces when we try to bring up important issues and refuse to change things, management is useless and spends most of the time hiding in the back or on their phones and rarely helps and when they do help they get angry and aggressive towards servers because of it, many gossipy coworkers and an overall hostile environment, place is going downhill business-wise because so many employees and management do not care at all and guests can see that, no breaks and when there is a moment to breathe management yells at you for relaxing, even though a doctor's note legally counts as an excused absence management will still try to bully you into getting your shift covered or coming in if you're sick or injured, it's a restaurant so obviously no paid leave or sick days or benefits
