      Pros

      I've been working at this job since I began attending college and have loved it from the very beginning. The management is well organized, friendly, and helpful. They praise workers for doing a good job, offer employee of the month, end-of-the-year celebration, flexible scheduling, and a paid training program. It's really a great place to work.

      None that I can think of.

      Our Specific location was quite slow; would've been nice to at least get a heads up that our location was closing instead of finding out via text from another employee that said, "Don't come to work today. We're closing." It seemed the upper management didn't care or consider that not all of us could up and transfer to different locations.

      Closing our Lakeforest (Gaithersburg) location was one of the most difficult decisions we have had to undertake as a company. Unfortunately, the guest traffic & sales continued to decline in the mall to the point were operating the restaurant was no longer feasible. We announced the closing to the team on the day of the closing and provided opportunities to transfer to our other locations as well as providing severance if an individual could not transfer. I appreciate that you found our training program to be helpful.
