As a company, we are looking to provide the opportunity to make great money to our servers and bartenders. This has included diversification of our menus and adoption of new technologies to help increase our speed of service for a better guest experience and better tips.
We are also always working with our managers to develop them into better well-rounded leaders. We encourage you to have open and honest conversations with your managers or GM so that we can do better together.
