Pros

Money, flexible hours, and nothing else I can think of.

Cons

No break, no benefits, lots of customer/manager complaint, rude coworkers with attitude When it comes to sidework and table checking, the coworker harasses you. They also fire you, if you do not sign customers to their rewards program.

Pros

Growing company that brings a sense of family within coworkers. Fun atmosphere and there are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company if desired.

Cons

There is a big push to be knowledgeable of the brand they sell. This is great to uphold the direction of the company, however, they push employees too much on unnecessary details and they lose sight of the importance of customer satisfaction some of the time.
